One key point in communicating the need for climate-friendly travel is to focus on the benefits of low carbon travel in areas other than climate change mitigation (the "co- benefits" of low carbon travel). Within the CATCH platform, benefits and links to other areas are highlighted. 

CATCH has written short fact sheets to introduce the possible benefits of low carbon mobility to a number of other "co-benefit" areas.

There are six areas looked at within the CATCH platform. These six areas look at the benefits of transport CO₂ reduction for health, planning, time, safety, community and cost. Each of these areas is explored with an individual fact sheet. The fact sheets look at the possible benefits for each of these areas, as well as link to resources to find out more information.
